Health Homes & Lead Poisoning Prevention Program
I developed this logo for the NH Department of Health and Human Services, Healthy Homes Program. The landscape reflects the old housing stock in New England, which is the leading cause of childhood lead poisoning in New Hampshire. The colors depict a bright sunrise, which is symbolic of a future free of childhood lead poisoning and the life-long effects it has on our youth and communities.
The Healthy Homes Program also publishes an at-a-glance data brief each year. By deconstructing the logo in the header, the document is easily recognizable and builds brand recognition for the program. Through a mix of illustrations and visuals, the data-heavy content is broken into digestible pieces for the reader. A dotted line helps to move the viewer’s eye through the bi-fold and helps to differentiate sections of content.
