The NH Perinatal Substance Exposure Collaborative launched a pilot project featuring a comprehensive Family Care Planner provided to expecting mothers by their healthcare providers. Designed to support them throughout pregnancy and postpartum, the planner included medical forms, resource lists, and interactive worksheets to help parents prepare for their new baby.

After testing five mood boards, the team selected a nature-inspired line art theme. I brought this vision to life through soft, calming tones and a friendly, approachable font, ensuring the design felt both welcoming and supportive.
